madwriter223.livejournal.comI've read some awesome fics where Holmes is actually a woman in disguise. I was wondering if there are any fics were Holmes is actually a transsexual man (man stuck in a female's body). Preferably, Holmes is a transsexual male in a relationship with Watson.
