Holmes/Watson and Victorian Morality

Ages ago, I read a fic in which someone important discovers the true nature of the Holmes-Watson relationship, and Mycroft fixes things by making it seem that the two are only fictional characters. There is a great deal of politics behind the scenes, including blackmailing ACD over his relationship with Jean Leckie. I believe I read it on cox_and_co , but I'm not entirely sure.

Canon long fic detailing when they first met

I thought I had this saved on my computer but couldn't find it anymore and it's driving me nuts! Please help!
I am pretty sure I read it on ff.net and it's in the form of Holmes' diary, basically detailing how Holmes got to know Watson in a period of about a year? The chapter names are dates...gen friendship I think. It's long and I remember thinking it was epic and everyone should read it!
