John writes fic, Sherlock draws fanart, mad love ensues

Hello all!

I remember reading a fic (it may have been quite some time ago) where John was a ficcer and Sherlock did fanart. I believe they colab on a project and fall in love. Moriarty was a troll, and Mrs Hudson a mod. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I've been following the sherlockbbc_fic prompt meme for a long time and I remember reading a wip that had an older sherlock and a younger john (at medical school) but I don't appear to have book marked it and I can't seem to find it on the meme. Can any one help?
