Okay one more. I swear I've seen before someone who writes sherlock/hawaii five-o crossover fic. I never paid much attention since I've never seen Hawaii five-0 but my friend went bonkers when I mentioned it. I've tried searching but can't come up with anything. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks!

Please help. I've been driving myself insane looking for this fanfic. This is what I remember:

It's set in old-time England - Watson returns from the front and establishes a clinic at 221 Baker Street. Somehow, he get involved in an institution where Sherlock (about 9) lives. He is completely unresponsive/mute with everyone except Watson (and his mother), and so Watson gets recruited to visit and work with Sherlock a few times a week. At home he keeps getting stalked by Holmes', including Mycroft.
