Do you remember any bbcholmes!verse stories that have moments that later became part of 2nd season? Not implying anything about the writers, it's more like a "great minds think alike" notion. Or everything that could happen has already happened in fan-fiction.

I remember reading or listening to a story that had a very similar to the whole "getting ready for Moriarty's trial" scene, but I can't find it now. If it's familiar to you, please let me know which story it is. That applies for every little fan-fiction scene that seems to bring a sense of deja vu, but dated before the actual episode.
