Looking for a Crippled Watson Fic

Hello, I am looking for a fic that has Dr. Watson paralyzed from the neck down and Holmes ran off to his brother's estate to avoid him.  He did come back.  I know that it was a Victorian era fic and it took place after Holmes came back from 'the dead'.
