BBC Sherlock and John Recs

Hi all. I'm looking for friendship or slash Sherlock+John fics containing any of the following (don't care if it's canon or complete AU):

1. Ghost!John or Sherlock.

2. Kid!Sherlock and parent!John (or vise versa).

3. Torture, intentional or unintentional (e.g. pain and trauma caused by an accident will work too).

4. One of them ending up with a permanent or long-term physical disability.

5. One of them being homeless when they meet.

The longer the better, but at least 5K, and happy endings only please. Thanks in advance!
