Think I am going slightly mad here ... can anyone help?

I am SURE I read a story yesterday (it was part of a series I think) about Sherlock and John playing in bed with a speculum. I am not sure if John had brought it back from the surgery or not! The problem is that I can't find it in my browsing history. I am sure I have gone completely mad. Any one recognise what I am talking aout?
