Yeahhh I realize it might be an unusual sort of request but I'm temporarily shoving all embarrassment aside in the pursuit of finding it! xD Least I can say I tried.

I just really hope in my heart of hearts that if it was truly eradicated from the internet the author did so of their own free will, and not because they were bullied/harassed into removing it. :( But it's been years, so maybe it's just lost to the wasteland of the intertubez.
