Help Post Reichenbach Fic Search

I've got a friend looking for a post Reichenbach fic where John thinks he is hallucinating Sherlock when he has really in fact come back...

There is talk about John in the aftermath of Sherlock's death: getting married to Mary Morstan, returning to Afghanistan after her death, and losing a limb...

He finally discovers that Sherlock is really alive when he is making tea and there is an accident and Sherlock catches him from falling I think...

Friend remembers reading it on AO3 but can't find it now...

Can anyone help?
