"Stupid" Child Sherlock - FOUND!

Hello!
I'm looking for a fic in which...
Sherlock is a little boy kept in the hospital by his father (and a past away mother - "Violet Holmes") b/c of his "learning disability." Until John shows up in Sherlock's ward (b/c John is trying to make connections w/ this evil doctor to fill his clinic up), Sherlock has never made eye contact, spoken nor acknowledged any of the doctors whom have tried to treat him.
Sherlock isn't "stupid" per say, but overly sensitive to stimuli (or so that was what I gathered..)
Sherlock's "ward" is designed to look like a little boy's room in one half, and on the other half is a "laboratory" where the doctors observe him. All the "tests" the doctors have Sherlock do are complete scams, as the doctors never write down any notes ect. They stick around b/c Father Holmes is paying them loooooots (Father Holmes bought an entire wing in the hospital to house Sherlock). This hospital even has a garden (that was dedicated to the director's wife when she was sick in the hospital), which John and kid!Sherlock visits (more like John piggy backs Sherlock) and they use a heart shaped key next to the door to open it.
This fic is set in the real Holmes time..as John takes the carriage once or twice to the hospital to visit Sherlock.
