Looking for a fic

Hi all,

I am looking for a fic where everyone is either a leader or a follower and something with bdsm. I think Watson was impressed by Holmes' ability to switch between the two for a case..
I saw an entry on an LJ about this fic and as i was at work at that time I could not go and read it...but i forgot to forward it to myself...can someone help me please...?
