Vampire!Sherlock and other recs.

Hello!

I hope I am doing this right.

I would like some recommendations to hold me through recovery from major surgery.

I would like stories where Sherlock is a Vampire and John is a human. Sherlock/John pairing. I love(love love) stories where John is injured and then cared for.

I would also appreciate any fics where John is a sub. S/J pairing, I am also looking for John as a slave fic.

And, lastly(but not least) any recs where John is injured/sick/etc and is cared for or, at the very least, worried about.

If you have any suggestions for long, plotty fics that would be wonderful. While I know Sherlock being hurt is almost inevitable, please no "Sherlock H/C".

While I love the BBC 'verse, I would also be very happy with any other 'verse from book to granada to movie.

I want to thank you all in advance for this. While surgery may not be something people look forward to, this is one that will greatly improve my health though the recovery will be a long one.

Past Lives Sort of Thing, only not really...

So, BBC!John dreams about being Victorian!Watson (either 09 or Book, not certain which) every night.  When he's in one place, he's convinced the other is a dream.  And then one day, he hides his pocket watch under the floorboards while in Victorian times, and finds it the next morning in modern day london, and Sherlock (who has been having the same sort of dreams as well) is all "Where did you get that?" and it turns out that they're living in both times at once or something like that...

Help?

Also, any recs of BBC verse fics where they remember past victorian lives would be lovely :)

Sick Holmes

I'm looking for a specific fic I've lost track of. It was on ff.net, but now I can't find it. It was set in the book/Granada universe.
Anyway, it was a story where Holmes had some sort of stomach upset, and Watson had to give him a series of enemas to help him. It was totally non-sexual, friendship, with Watson helping him and comforting him. It was wonderfully written, really capturing the kind of embarrassment and awkwardness you'd imagine they would feel in such a situation. I know this is a bit of an odd story request, but does it sound familiar? Cheers, Tes
