Mute Sherlock

Bit of a specific request, but I'm looking for any and all fics where Sherlock is mute in some way-hasn't spoken to anyone in years due to a trauma, etc-when he meets John. I'd particularly love fics where the muteness is due to some form of trauma, abuse, or impediment and John is the reason Sherlock starts speaking, or communicating in anyway, again-or is the only one he'll speak too.
Bonus cookies for a disbelieving/shocked Mycroft being involved. Extra bonus marks if Sherlock has only ever spoken to a few people(his family, lestrade) until he meets John.
