John and Sherlock with kids

Hi!
I'm looking for a fic where Sherlock and John have kids and are having a birthday party for a girl. One of the parents of a child from school mistakenly thinks that John is the housekeeper...? The youngest child was possibly called Teddy and looked like John? Sorry for the crappy attempt at articulating this.

Also, any recs for other familial fics would be awesome.
