Podcasts

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find FREE downloadable podcasts of any of the actual books? Not an old time radio version where we only get the conversation and sound effects, but the real books, word for word as ACD wrote them?

Thanks,

Fritti

Ask and ye shall receive (http://rapid.org/board/showthread.php?t=242994&highlight=Sherlock+Holmes) - these are very good. If you like, I have a copy of Hound of the Baskervilles as read by Hugh Laurie which I could dig up & upload for you.

Additionally can I just say that I am frightfully amused by the use of the word podcast, as opposed to audiobook. How the times have changed.

iTunes has some. They're in the university section under the University of South Florida. A search for Conan Doyle should find them. They have Adventures, Memoirs, Return, and Last Bow.
