I'm looking for a post-Reichenbach fic. Sherlock comes back and is confused with John's less-than-shocked reaction. As it turns out, John's been hallucinating that Sherlock's alive and thinks this is still more of the hallucinations. Sound familiar?

Sounds a little bit like "The Quiet Man" by ivyblossom, but I can't remember if John keeps thinking S's a hallucination when he reappears.
