If self-recs are okay, my fic An Army Marches On Its Stomach (http://archiveofourown.org/works/213707) has post-explosion content.

Also, if you're looking for that genre, a good place to look is the post-pool tag on the 221b_recs archive (https://pinboard.in/u:221B_Recs/t:content%253Apost-pool). It's not exclusively explosion scenario fic, but there's a lot of fic listed under it that was written in the hiatus between seasons one and two, so explosions feature pretty heavily.
