Hi,

I'm looking for a story, I don't remember much but I'm sure it was on A03

I remember that John told Sherlock that he would stay as long as needed or until Sherlock tells him to go

cue a big fight a Sherlock screams from John to leave which he does and I think it is Mycroft that finds him and begs him to go back as Sherlock never meant for John to go

it was also BBC verse

I know that it was slash

edit- I think I remember a little more, I'm sure John was a magic user and he and sherlock was at a crime screen and John could see the lines of magic and moves around not touching them before finding the weak spot in the spell and breaking it

I read this last week, darnit, but I can't remember it. I remember that John was expecting Sherlock to kick him out, though, and that maybe it was a magical realism story? (or that for some reason, John thinks Sherlock shouldn't want him to stay because john thinks sherlock should be ashamed of him or something.) I wish I could remember. I'll keep thinking about it.
