Sherlock and Molly?

I've been seeing a lot of Johnlock in the Alpha/Omega verse, as well as Vampire AUs, but I'm wondering if there is any Sherlock/Molly within either of those verses?                                                                                                                         I'm also looking for any trans!Sherlock or trans!Molly, with the main pairing being either Johnlock or Sherlock/Molly.  Could anyone help me out?

There's also a series somewhere of female!Sherlock who lives as a man but doesn't want to undergo gender reassignment. John falls in love with Sherlock thinking he's a man and then Sherlock reveals that he has a female body and it's hard for both of them to adjust to being intimate. It was really good but I can't find it now. Maybe someone else knows which one I mean?
