Young Holmes and older Watson?

In the fic I'm looking for Watson is a young doctor in London (about to depart for Afghanistan I think?) and Holmes is brought to the hospital, he's been raped and abused. From what I remember Holmes must have been about 17. At first his distrustful of Watson, but they form a close friendship and Watson even helps him to escape to...I don't know where to...and I don't know why he has to escape either. But I remember him coming back at some point and taking Watson to a house/cottage by the sea-side. Talking happens. Sex happens. There's an encounter with a jellyfish. And Moriarty and Moran show up. And...that's really all I remember. I also remember it was based on Book canon.

Wonderful - I've been meaning to ask about this fic for a while now. I hope you don't mind me butting in on your post but I was wondering if anyone knows if there are "only" 24 chapters up yet or if the rest is somewhere else because frankly I'm dying to read the rest!!

Chapter 29 on her LJ apears to be the same chapter marked as number 24 on excessant.com, unfortunately. :(

I keep promising myself to never read WIP and just wait until the author finishes but I am just far to greedy to keep that promise to myself.
