Young Holmes and older Watson?

holmes_findersIn the fic I'm looking for Watson is a young doctor in London (about to depart for Afghanistan I think?) and Holmes is brought to the hospital, he's been raped and abused. From what I remember Holmes must have been about 17. At first his distrustful of Watson, but they form a close friendship and Watson even helps him to escape to...I don't know where to...and I don't know why he has to escape either. But I remember him coming back at some point and taking Watson to a house/cottage by the sea-side. Talking happens. Sex happens. There's an encounter with a jellyfish. And Moriarty and Moran show up. And...that's really all I remember. I also remember it was based on Book canon.
