I could've sworn this was on shkinkmeme, but I've been searching up down and all over and no sign of it, so I thought I'd apply here.

Anyways, Holmes dies and Mycroft, believing Watson to be responsible, brings Watson to the Diogenes where he and the other members subject Watson to a lashing and a non-con gangbang. When Holmes turns up alive, he brings Watson back to the Diogenes, where Mycroft and Holmes are then whipped as recompense for John being whipped and humiliated.
