Looking for a fic, would love some help!

After a lengthy search I was able to find a saved copy from the Internet Archive Fanfiction Repack. Story was called 'Addictions Intertwined' written by Eupa, 5 chapters, rated T, Hurt/Comfort+Romance, 27k. Will leave this up here in case it helps anyone else!

Not sure if I've somehow missed it on fanfiction.net, or if it's been deleted, but can't seem to find an old favourite of mine. I don't know what it's called, or who it's by, but it was in the 'Books: Sherlock Holmes" section, and would have been tagged with 'Romance' (possibly 'Humour'), characters 'Sherlock Holmes' & 'Dr. Watson, rated 'K-T' and written in English. Set in the time period of the original stories. Have a feeling it was probably 4-8k words?
For what I can remember, Watson returns home to Baker Street after losing a young patient, who died because of a cocaine overdose ("5 doctors tried and we couldn't save him") and just as he enters the sitting room finds Holmes there injecting himself with the 7% solution. Watson becomes angry, throws the vial to the ground, saying more than one person would be hurt if Holmes were to die. Watson then goes for a walk and gets rid of Holmes' stash in the river.
The whole idea is that Watson has never yelled at Holmes before, so Holmes is trying to figure out why Watson was so upset (it's a romance story so obviously it's because Watson is in love with him). Anyhow, eventually Watson returns, I can't quite remember what happens but they talk about it all at some point, I'm sure their love & reasonings are revealed. Holmes says he's never been in a romantic relationship before, doesn't know how to love, was "the only acknowledged virgin in his entire year" at school, is ashamed for this. Watson cheers him up by saying some nice things, and no matter what that "you're a fast learner Sherlock" he'll soon figure out how to behave romantically.
There were maybe 6-8 chapters that went back and forth between Holmes & Watson's POVs. First chapter may have begun with Watson writing a letter about it all, last chapter finishes with one?
Even if anyone has an inkling to the name of the story or the author, I'd greatly appreciate it in my quest - thank you!
