Looking for BBC fics

I'm looking for two BBC/Sherlock fics:

1) oneshot, Sherlock had himself admitted to a psych ward for some reason, and John had taken him out and was trying to deal with all the nasty side effects of the drugs Sherlock had been given.

2) An old comrade of John's is involved in a case.  Sherlock gets distracted trying to figure out why John hates the guy so much. Turns out that they had both been SAS, and the other guy's cowardice led to John getting shot and transfering to RAMC.
