holmes_findersAges ago, I read a fic in which someone important discovers the true nature of the Holmes-Watson relationship, and Mycroft fixes things by making it seem that the two are only fictional characters. There is a great deal of politics behind the scenes, including blackmailing ACD over his relationship with Jean Leckie. I believe I read it on
