Strong John/facsinated Sherlock story

Can't find it anywhere, despite remembering a lot of details...

John has to carry Sherlock out of a building (I think there was fire involved). In the process he rips his scar tissue, and that allows him a better degree of flexibility, which he puts to good use by starting to go to gym again. So it happens that before the ingury, John was quite a bench-presser. John regains his strength and Sherlock asks him to have sex holding/lifting Sherlock because Sherlock totally gets off on how strong John are.
