Hi! I am looking for a Holmes/Watson fic that I think was posted in January. Watson was an escort and while with a client inadvertently helps Holmes with a case. At some point Holmes asks Watson to move in and all but says that Watson can pay for the rent with his "services". This has been driving me nuts. Thanks!

I have only found a few Watson sick fics out there - can someone help me find more?  If you want to rec any good Holmes sick fics I would be more than happy to read those, but I really like it when Watson is sick and Holmes is there to comfort.  I love slash or gen, either way is fine by me!  Thank you!!
