Need help finding...

I read a fic a while back - I have no idea if it was bookverse or movieverse, but I think it could have been either, that was about Watson getting all jealous because he thinks Holmes is cheating on him and hiding that he's being blackmailed over it and then storming out, but it turns out that it was Mycroft being blackmailed instead. Or something like that.

Anyway, my Google-fu has completely failed me. Sound familiar to anyone?
