Holmes taking poison fic

Hello, helpful people!  The fic I'm looking for starts off with Holmes admiring the way blood drops roll down the window.  He had sliced his hand after taking nightshade or belladonna.  Watson finds him and of course watches over him, admonishing that a single leaf could kill a person, after which Holmes responds that he only took half.  

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
