Holmes sedated?

I don't remember much of the story, sorry,  just that Holmes was either sick or hurt and not resting, so Watson drugged his tea.  Does anyone know of anything like this?  Thanks!

So basically the fic I'm looking for is one that I'm having a lot of trouble relocating. I'm fairly certain it's by Pythoness but not entirely...in it Watson's war wound turns out to be in the groin and Holmes ah "reassures" him that he can certainly still achieve arousal. Watson isn't homosexual, but he is touched by his friend's offer and they basically do it.
