BBC!Verse + The Adventure of the Final Problem

I'm looking for a fic that I'm quite mad at myself for losing... It's a sort of cross over between the BBC verse and book verse, featuring Holmes' demise at the Reichenbach Falls. It is extremely angsty, not only because of the book verse plot, but also because the whole time Sherlock is trying to tell John that he is in love with him, but John just doesn't get it. The tension and angst in there was unbelievable.

Sounds familiar? Any help would be much appreciated.
