Sherlock/Mycroft fic

I remember this scene, John and Sherlock are in the kitchen (in Mycroft's home) and John says something like:
"are you two..."
And Sherlock says "fucking?, yes"

It's set in the BBC universe, John and Sherlock were together, but John left him, and I think Sherlock goes to work and live with Mycroft.
Any idea what I'm talking about?

Help, you guys please? A few days ago I started reading this silent hill/bbc sherlock xover which featured moriarty kidnapping john *(again) and taking him to silent hill ....sherlock travels there annnndddd....I lost the freaking link.

Its a relatively new fic, I know that much.
