Mystrade fic and S/J fic

Hi I'm searching for two fics, the first is Mystrade where Mycroft gets a new handler or boss who tells him he can no longer date Lestrade, I think the guy's quite horrible as he also fires Anthea, this fic culminates with a visit to the Prime Minister, it may have been a kinkmeme fill. I hope that can jog someone's memory. :)

The next is S/J wherein John has two Plans: Get Some Sex and Get Over Stupid Crush On Annoying Flatmate, sound familiar?
