Missing Fic

Hi All,
I'm desperately searching for a Sherlock bbc fic. I think it was post-The Great Game, where John and Sherlock have been separated to search for Moriarty. They communicate only by texts, and one of them, I think it was Sherlock, discovers that Mycroft was actually sending the texts, and that the other, probably John, thinks he's been dead all this time?
If this rings any bells, please? Help?

John and Lestrade

I'm looking for stories where John meets Lestrade before he meets Sherlock. Any genre, any rating. For that matter, I'd love to see the same thing in canon or movieverse. Alternately, I'd like to see any stories which give us Lestrade's earliest impressions of John Watson.
