Once again I need the help of this community.

I read a fic not too long ago and would love to re-read it. The problem is I can't remember where I read it or what it was called. The fic is BBC Sherlock and I don't think it was slash but Moriarty did something to John to male him permanentley high and in a state of constant hallucination. I remember the fic ended with John seeing an elephant as realising that the elephant isn't meant to be in the flat.
