Sherlock speaking french

A story set in Victorian times, book canon as far as I recall. Holmes speaks french though usually he only uses it to curse in so when he and Watson get together and Holmes tells him how much he loves and adores him in French, Watson assumes he is just swearing. It leads to some misunderstandings with Watson believing that Holmes doesn't have any feelings for him. This might just be a small part in a much larger story with actual plot, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know this? Thanks!

Always an animal John and Watson stories. I'm not picky what kind of animal, however I don't want werewolf/werecat stories. Only stories where they are and always will be animals.

Looking for 2 fics and a general request. One of which is Older!Holmes/Younger!Watson.

There was a request on meme for Older!Holmes/Young!Watson that reminded me of one I read ages ago.

1.) The only thing I really remember about the Older!Holmes/Younger!Watson is that it is set in Victorian verse and Holmes is older that Watson by a number of years. Holmes's hair is staring to grey and if I remember correctly he worries that Watson will get tired of him. Watson just wants to take care of him. *Note: I read this before the 09 movie came out.*

2.)Also, there was another one where Mycroft calls Watson, Holmes's boy and Holmes keeps on insisting that he wasn't a boy. At one point they're at a garden party, Watson chases a woman's hat into a pond and Holmes gets jealous. It was a first time fic too if that helps.
