AGOS shoulder wound

Hey,
I'm looking for any fics based off the new Game of Shadows film verse, dealing with the injury to Holmes' shoulder. I'd like to see some lasting consequences of that injury-like he comes back from the hiatus and he's disabled in that arm, or anything where that shoulder wound never fully heals, proves troublesome, etc. Lots of doctory/comforty Watson please!
