Looking for a post-Reichenbach fic

I'm looking for a BBC Sherlock story that I remember reading and enjoying several months ago. I think it was on AO3, but I could be wrong.

Sherlock returned after Reichenbach to find a John who was emotionally very shut down. Sherlock tries everything he can think of to repair their relationship, but nothing works. Finally, Sherlock hides in his room for a day or so in an effort to give John some "space." John comes looking for him because he needs a reminder that Sherlock is indeed alive, and they end up talking everything through.
