Original Illustration?

fabelschwester.livejournal.comI'm looking for an illustration that I always believed to be from Paget, but now I can't find it anywhere, so I guess I'm wrong.
It shows Holmes, peacefully leaning back in his chair, eyes closed and various images floating around his head.
He is thinking about a case, or maybe he is in some kind of drug induced haze, I'm not sure.
It's black and white, not overly realistic, not much background.
If anyone could point me to it, I'd be very grateful!
(And even if you can't point me to it - has anybody ever seen this? I'm starting to think it's just in my head!)
