Multi-Car Pile-Up

So, there's a fic where Sherlock and John (and Lestrade) are in a multi-car pileup.  Um...  Lestrade is fine, but they can't get out of the car.  Either Sherlock or John is badly injured (leg?) in the back seat, but the one in the front doesn't realize it yet.

Ring any bells for anyone?  It's not too long, maybe between 3K and 6K.
