Looking for two BBC Post-Reichenbach stories

One was a Post-Reichenbach and both John and Sherlock were having problems I think. John has hit the bottle and Sherlock was disappearing to somewhere John didn't know about. John calls Mycroft to tell him where and he says 'you won't like it' as it's a sex club where he is punishing himself for what he did to John by jumping off the roof.

The second (which I think was in AO3) was where someone claimed to Mofftiss Mofftiss to try and sort out Series Three. Can't remember anything else about that (I read the first few lines, had a browser crash and lost the link).
