If you're not adverse to WIPs, the best known Sherlock/HDM fusion is probably blind_author's Republic Of Heaven (part one is here (http://blind-author.livejournal.com/4144.html#cutid1)). I don't believe it's been abandoned, but the last part was posted in Jan and the one before in July so the updates are slow at least.
There are a bunch of others some on AO3 here http://archiveofourown.org/works?utf8=%E2%9C%93&selected_tags[tags][]=114548&selected_tags[tags][]=133185&language_id=&boolean_type=and&commit=Filter+Works&tag_id=His+Dark+Materials+-+Philip+Pullman and/or http://archiveofourown.org/works?utf8=%E2%9C%93&selected_tags[tags][]=114548&selected_tags[tags][]=105692&language_id=&boolean_type=and&commit=Filter+Works&tag_id=His+Dark+Materials+-+Philip+Pullman
If you don't mind self recs, there is also my series of HDM/Sherlock fics, which you can find on AO3 here (http://archiveofourown.org/series/8686) or on LJ starting with the first one, here (http://community.livejournal.com/donutville/67031.html).
