Role Reversal Fic - Help Please!

I hope that someone will be able to help me!

A few weeks ago, I read a fic, and I can't remember the name, it's driving me insane!!

It's essentially a fic where people switch roles:

So Lestrade returned from Afghanistan and is living on the street. One evening, when he's completely drunk again, he observes a murder. When the police show up, he tries to help, but they more or less ignore him.

Mycroft, who's a consulting detective, hires him as his assistant and asks him to move in. (Mycroft never leaves his appartment).

John is working as a police man and Sherlock is the British Government.

I hope that sounds familiar! I'm not sure anymore, if it was completed... but Lestrade killed the bad guy at the end.
