Multiples lives to live from Sherlock's point of view

This anonymous search at another community is driving me crazy:

"Sherlock keeps being reincarnated and keeps trying to find John throughout his life, but John never remembers him. It was Sherlock's pov, and I remember Bakerstreet being the last one? Some of his lives he didn't even get to meet John, or only knew him for a short period of time before one of them died. Please help?"

I remember John dying in Sherlock's arms a soon as he finds him in one lifetime. In another one he doesn't approach John because he's married. It's spread through different eras.
