John works for Mycroft

I'm looking for a story based in the Sherlock BBC verse.  It's AU and last I saw it was incomplete but basically instead of getting a medical discharge and meeting Sherlock, John ends up working for Mycroft and meeting Sherlock that way.  John apparently would also fill the place of Not!Anthea but that's the basic premise if anyone recognizes it.  I'm pretty sure it was on a meme somewhere.
