The Great Game Aftermath

Hi All, I'm a die hard holmes fan, who's recently become totally enamored with the new Sherlock bbc series. I'm looking for a story in this category I read a while ago. It was about the aftermath of the Great Game. I remember the story was designed so you couldn't tell who's POV it was depicting. Only one of them made it out of the pool, and you think it's John, because his leg was injured, until you realize at the end it's really Sherlock. It's a heartbreaking story. I thought it was on An Archive of Our Own, but now I can't find it?
That aside, any stories about the aftermath of the Great Game where Sherlock is disabled in some way, they think each other are dead, or any combination of both, would be wonderful!
