Fem!John

Sherlock/Fem!John are friends. The fic takes place post-TGG. Fem!John gets her period and is miffed to discover that no painkillers are in the flat. When she returns from work, she finds a package of painkillers. She either does take them/is going to take them. I can't remember. She thanks Sherlock for picking up the painkilllers and Sherlock is surprised. It turns out that Moriarty somehow placed the painkillers in the flat.

It is a multi-part fic about how the above is a threat to Fem!John, how they deal with it..

Sounds like The Trials and Tribulations of Dr Joan Watson by roseyprosey. Still a WIP as far as I'm aware.
