Sherlock Holmes (ACD) and Doctor Who (10)

So, there are a whole boatload of Sh/DrWho crossovers, but there's one in specific that I stumbled across a while ago, read in one sitting, and I haven't been able to find it since.

Its the original canon Holmes, and it starts off at Reichenbach. If I recall rightly, Holmes is falling to his death with Moriarty when the good old blue box suddenly appears right beneath him and he falls onto the roof (losing his breath from the impact) and then he watches in bewilderment as Moriarty continues to fall.

Then the TARDIS starts to fly away with him on it (poor chap).

So in the process of this rescue, the 10th doctor thinks he's clever and takes Holmes on all kinds of adventures. Holmes is just as annoyed with the Doctor as he is impressed by him. After a while he decides to go home and the Doctor drops him off in a park(?) I think it was Regents. Anyway Holmes runs to Baker street and discovers that he is three years late, commence freak out.

It was a few chapters long if I think.

Does that sound familiar to anyone? Or am I just daydreaming waaaaay too much?
