Looking for a BBC Sherlock fic, John/Sherlock, very certainly NC-17. I think it may have either been a longish fic or possible a piece of a series. They get together, or start to, and then there was a part where John figures out Sherlock hasn't had sex or even bothered to even masturbate for something like a decade, and there's some some extremely careful effort in making him able to do it again.
